Our methodology process


1. Context Assessment

  • Understand the client needs, its organization, business goals and culture
  • Assess the assignment complexity and analyse the reasons why the job is attractive
  • Define objectives and the ideal candidate profile
  • Draft the position specifications that describe the opportunity and the organization for potential candidates

2. Search Strategy and Identification

  • Draw up a specific search target perimeter to be agreed with the client
  • Draft a list of potential candidates according to the client’s brief (Long list)

3. Approach and assessment

  • Interview candidates, assess their qualifications and expertise as well as their management and leadership skills
  • Feedback to the client regularly during the search process with progress assignment and insights in market reaction
  • Benchmark all the candidates considered
  • Select candidates in a Shortlist to be shared with the client
  • Draft confidential reports underlining the key strengths and weaknesses of each candidate

4. Candidates meeting with the client

  • Brief the client ahead of each interview
  • After each meeting, debrief with the client, and give subsequent feedback to the candidate
  • Assess the interest level of each party to pursue the process

5. Negotiations and integration

  • Assist the client and candidate in their negotiation
  • Provide insights on market compensation and the benefits package for the position
  • Perform formal reference checks where local laws allow
  • Maintain an ongoing contact for a year with both the candidate and the client to ensure a successful integration into the organization
